- Detail your ideas (minimum 3 pages in Word including graphics, lists and text for each task of your project).
- Submit your ideas along with a list of questions.

-
Project Discussion:
- Schedule a remote meeting to discuss your project, focusing on your predefined questions.
- Refine the initial project scope, covering essential functionalities.
-
Task Management:

- Regularly monitor progress and respond promptly to each task in our system.
- Actively engage with the project, providing necessary credentials, access data, media files, or any requested assistance.

Execution Phase:
- Work begins based on the predefined task conditions.
- Remote periodic meetings via Telegram and Anydesk provide transparent collaboration and are paid for if outside the initial project scope.
- All online meetings are recorded until the initial scope is completed.
-
Design Review:
- After completing the first demo version of the design, an online meeting is scheduled.
- Detailed feedback on design changes is documented in the task system.
-
Client Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to each task comment.
- Be mindful of the impact of excessive revisions on the project timeline.
- If there's a contract with a technical specification, tasks are considered complete after the specified work hours.
- If there's no handwritten contract adding a task to our system immediately acts as a contract.
- All our email conversations, including those auto-generated by our system, all our meeting recordings and all the tasks you add in our system are official and can be used to prove that you desired your tasks in a particular way.
-
Additional Features/Changes:
- Any additional functionality or design change not covered in the initial task conditions is subject to additional charges.
- Client agreement and timely responses to our comments are essential throughout the process.
By following this structured approach, we ensure efficient communication, clear task management, and successful project completion.
